Volunteering

The Lake Iroquois Association Needs You!!

The Lake Iroquois Association needs volunteers! Anyone, whether living near the lake or not, who has an
interest in keeping Lake Iroquois as a vibrant and valuable water resource for recreation and beauty is welcome to help keep it that way and even improve it. Whether you have lots of time, or only an hour or two, your contribution is important to the association, the lake, and those who use it.

Please consider helping us save the lake by volunteering your time. There are several areas of need:
  • Volunteer Greeter at the fishing access
  • Vermont Invasive Patroller
  • Lake Shore and Watershed Survey Volunteer
  • Diving to clean up Milfoil areas
  • Fundraising through projects or events or campaigns
  • Public Relations and mailings
  • Grant writing assistance
  • Name your talent.
You can be part of the exciting work that helps us achieve our mission to maintain and enhance healthy ecosystems and appropriate public uses of Lake Iroquois and those aspects of its watershed which impact on the health and well being of the lake.

So, please volunteer. To do so, contact a board member or fill out the LIA Volunteer Sign Up Sheet.
